Dear Parents,
During Book Fair Week, Maryel Pre-K and Kindergarten students enjoyed an enriching trip to the New York Public Library (Schwarzmann Building) and visited the Children’s Center for an interactive read aloud program. Students also recieved their first library cards and we encourage them to use them liberally!
We also enjoyed hearing our Parents read an array of thrilling narratives in Spanish and English!
We would also like to give a special thanks to our generous Parents who purchased new books to add to our Spanish Library!
Maryel will continue to celebrate our Book Fair until Friday, April 28th and we encourage all families to join us in expanding and igniting the imaginative minds of our children!
