Join us for a skill-based culinary program designed for young chefs to chop, mix, swirl and cook their way to a new culinary masterpiece each week. With a focus on exciting culinary techniques, fresh flavors, and activities paired with expert instruction, this class delivers the perfect recipe for hands-on learning and fun while nurturing an essential life skill. Learn about kitchen and food safety, knife skills, measuring and mixing methods, ingredient identification, independence in the kitchen, and more. This program is designed for the full school year and features a unique recipe each week but you can join us for the semester.
